Provides information and education on water quality and information about conserving water and applying it correctly.

Teaches youth leadership, family and consumer science, and life and agricultural skills using a learning by doing educational approach that provides wholesome, fun activities such as robotics and cooking for youth. Also, offer STEM workshops in local libraries and other community locations.

Provides information and education on sustainable agriculture, weed control, soil testing, farm safety, irrigation scheduling, plant disease analysis, insect identification and control, dairy herd improvement, farm management, and crop variety trials. Also, a great source for publications on many phases of agriculture.

Provides help to low-income families to budget properly and get the best nutrition out of what they can afford, and to have the knowledge, skills, and attitudes for the improvement of the total family diet and nutritional well-being. Classes for adults and youth participants.

Provides resources, education on safe and proper food preparation, and preservation.

Helps households gain control of the finances through teaching about real life money, tracking expenses, budgeting, managing debt, understanding credit, and saving money.

Workshops are held once a week for 6 weeks, dinner and child care are provided. Provides kids classes for ages 6 to 11 and teen classes for adolescents ages 12 to 18, families eat dinner together and then split into classes according to age. Additional workshops are held in person and virtually once a week for seven consecutive weeks for adults with children from a previous relationship.

Educates the public in the areas of farming, gardening, consumer sciences, Expanded Food, Nutrition Education Program, and youth programs.

Through Parenting the Love and Logic Way classes, parents learn ways to raise responsible children and methods to make parenting less stressful. Home Run Parents classes teach relationship, parenting, and job readiness skills using a baseball theme, where parents are the coaches and kids are the players.

Provides nutrition education through classes taught by trained Create Better Health Ambassadors. Classes aim to increase each participant’s knowledge of nutrition, cooking, food safety, budgeting, and physical activity, as well as help find access to safe and nutritious food.

Provides information and education regarding substance use disorder, specifically opioid use, through the HEART Initiative. Education topics include chronic pain management, injury prevention, Naloxone training, and referral to other substance use providers.
