Operated by the Utah Department of Human Services - Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health, and funded through a grant provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Live crisis counselors are available daily from 7 am - 7 pm to support those experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression in response to COVID-19. This confidential counseling line is free and open to the public. Video calling options available.
