Description:

The On Demand program is available to anyone wishing to travel in the Bluffdale, Herriman, Draper, Sandy, Riverton, and South Jordan (Southern Salt Lake County), as well as Rosepark, Poplar Grove, Fairpark, and Glendale areas (Westside Salt Lake County) providing Corner-to-Corner services that must start and end within the designated service area. Matches multiple riders headed in a similar direction into a single vehicle. Access to 2 Front-Runner and 5 Trax Stations. Program is accessed via a smartphone app.

Eligibility:
Requires a smart phone to access the app. Can accommodate 1 wheelchair at a time.

Intake Procedure:
Request ride via smartphone app. Requester will be advised where to go for pickup, typically arrives within 15 minutes and can wait for about 5 minutes, if requester needs to walk somewhere.
Fees:
Flat fee of $2.50 with discounted rides at $1.25 for seniors, persons with disabilities, youth, and people with qualifying income. No cash accepted, only credit or debit card, FarePay card, or through the app.

Seniors: 65 and older
Youth: 6 - 18 years (under age 5 ride at no cost when accompanied by paying adult)
Persons with Disabilities: As defined by the American with Disabilities Act (visit website for additional information.)
Low Income: Must be 19 - 64 years old and must be enrolled in one of the following DWS programs: SNAP, childcare, family employment program, medical assistance, HEAT, General Assistance (GA), Cash/Financial assistance (TANF), or HMIS (Homeless Management Information System). Household size and income guidelines apply.
