Educates service organizations and the citizens of Utah on federal nutritional programs. Programs include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), the School Breakfast Program, the National School Lunch Program, the Afterschool Meals Program, Summer Nutrition Programs, and the Child and Adult Care Food Program.

Screens SNAP applicants for eligibility and helps them complete and submit the SNAP application. Also, trains other community organizations to answer questions about SNAP and assist applicants to complete and submit the SNAP application.

Provides an online directory of food resources, including SNAP benefits, summer food programs, school meals, food assistance for seniors and students, and the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program. Also, provides a directory of food pantries by county.
