Provides home buyer loans to members of the Ute Indian Tribe and other federally recognized tribes.

Eligibility:
Members of the Ute Indian Tribe and individuals from other federally recognized tribes. Cannot owe a balance to UIHA or own another home. Must meet the low-income limits under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) of 1996. Must have a household income of at least $20,000 per year.
