Valley Behavioral Health Adult Ability Center

Provides services to adults with disabilities or behavioral issues requiring a high level of support. Services include semi-independent living residences, disability vocational training, and independent living skills instruction.
Description:

Provides hundreds of housing units throughout the Salt Lake Valley to people with severe and persistent mental illness. Housing programs range from independent living situations to supervised group homes. The goal of the program is to help clients achieve and maintain stability through services such as onsite case management.

Eligibility:
Adults over 18 who are enrolled in Medicaid and have a severe and persistent mental illness.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm

Fees:
Accepts a variety of public and private insurance, sliding scale fees for uninsured or underinsured individuals.
