Representing and advising the county commissioner and other county departments on legal matters, working with numerous community partners to eliminate domestic violence and protect children who are victims of abuse and neglect, and supporting victims through what can be a complicated and confusing court process.

Provides marriage licenses and a list of marriage officiators available.

Description:

There are six different tax relief programs available for Weber County property owners. Applicants may apply for more than one. Final forms and all supporting documents must be turned in no later than September 1st.

Eligibility:
Blind (certified legally blind), veteran with a disability (VA disability rating of at least 10%), deployed military (on orders out of Utah for 200+ days), circuit breaker (widow, widower, or low income aged 66 or older), and abatement (low income).
