Description:

Offers a assistance program for low-income households through Housing Choice Vouchers. Has some vouchers set aside for special populations, including veterans, families seeking reunification through DCFS, and foster children. Currently has an estimated 4 year waiting list.

Eligibility:
Must live within Weber County or be willing to relocate once selected from the waiting list. Must also be at or below 50% AMI.

Administers federal housing programs for the Department of Housing and Urban Development, including the: Housing Choice Voucher Program, Supportive Housing Program, Shelter Plus Care Program, and Mainstream Voucher Program.

Description:

Assists low and moderate-income households with minor home repairs with low-interest loans up to $3000. Cannot be used toward roof replacement. Repayment plans are available as low as $50 per month, or after the sale of the property. Lien is filed on the home until payment is made in full. Replacement of refrigerator or stove is allowed.

Eligibility:
Must meet income guidelines of below 80% AMI. First time home buyers.
