Description:

Offers a assistance program for low-income households through Housing Choice Vouchers. Through the Permanent Supportive Housing Program and Shelter Plus Program offers assistance linked with case management for homeless or disabled households.

Income qualifications based on family size; call for other eligibility factors.

Housing Authorities

Community Housing Services Workers
Description:

Offers basic case management to those that do not access shelter services, or that do not stay in the shelter to access case management services. Provides information of local low-income housing. Interested individuals can transition from homelessness into the housing program.
