Home visitor program for families with children aged newborn to 36 months. Trained volunteers will visit family once a month talk about child's development, provide information and referral and assist new parents increase understanding, discover children's strength. Specialized Information and Referral
Description:

Program works collaboratively with the Northern Utah 211 program to assist families in locating appropriate social services and supports in the local area.

Eligibility:
Families with children aged newborn to 36 months old.

Description:
