Welcome Baby - Utah County

A community service designed to promote a healthy, secure, and enjoyable beginning for parents, new babies, and their family members. Services provided include early literacy development programs, new parent assistance, home-based parenting education, infant and early childhood mental health, parent support groups, parent/child activity groups, and prenatal/postnatal home visitation.
