Will help individuals and families in Spanish Fork and Orem who qualify. Those living outside Spanish Fork and Orem can only receive assistance if the family has a minor child. Household gross income of less than 200% of the poverty guideline and have at least one legal resident of the US. Must have a shut-off notice to apply for utility assistance.
