Eligibility
Clients are eligible to receive a benefit once per season (Oct. 1st - Sept. 30th). Total household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Household is responsible for paying home energy costs, and at least one member of the household must be a U.S. citizen or qualified non-citizen.

Photo ID for primary applicant, Social Security cards for everyone in the household, most recent utility bills, proof of ALL household income from previous month.
