Aged 18 or older. Previous attempts to quit substance use have been unsuccessful. Combining more than one substance placing health at risk. Use opiates intravenously.

Description
For a daily fee, patients receive methadone, suboxone, or buprenorphine to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. In addition, patients receive some medical services and counseling.
