Services provided include medication assisted maintenance Treatment for Substance Use Disorders, substance use disorder counseling, and comprehensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment.
Medication Assisted Maintenance Treatment for Substance Use Disorders
Description:

For a daily fee, patients receive methadone or buprenorphine to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. In addition, patients receive some medical services and counseling.

Eligibility:
-Aged 18 or older
-Previous attempts to quit substance use have been unsuccessful
-Combining more than one substance placing health at risk
-Use opiates intravenously

Substance Use Disorder Counseling
Description:

Provides a wide range of counseling services for opioid addiction including individual, family, and group therapy. Counselors help clients learn to better cope with stress, handle setbacks and loss, and find new ways to progress.

Comprehensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Description:

Provides comprehensive outpatient care that includes all services needed for opioid recovery. Each client receives a customized treatment plan tailored to their needs.
