Service Description
Please bring a photo ID and your insurance information when you walk-in for an intake.
Application Process
Walk in at an intake time to secure an intake appointment slot. These are offered on a first come first served basis. New clients must complete a Mental Health Assessment during intake. Children must be accompanied by legal guardian.
