Individuals with qualifying disabilities in one of the three areas listed: intellectual disabilities or related development conditions (autism, down syndrome, genetic disorders, etc.), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), or physical disabilities involving the functional loss of at least two limbs. Also, must be a resident of Utah and a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

Description

Provides services to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe living environment for persons with disabilities who are unable to complete chore activities on their own. Includes heavy household chores such as washing floors, windows, and walls, snow removal, lawn care, tacking down loose rugs and tiles, moving heavy items of furniture in order to provide a safe living environment.
