In general, a potential client must be a citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States, their household income must be at or below 200% of the current federal poverty level for the household's size, and their case must be within Utah Legal Services priority of cases.

Proof of citizenship and income for most types of cases, unless the case is a result of domestic violence (protective order).

Apply on the website or call the office. New cases are screened M - F 9 am - 2 pm.
