Description
The community focal-point for older adults, their families and caregivers, providing a comprehensive system of services that promote the health and well being of older adults while supporting and assisting seniors who need help to remain independent. Assists with meals, meal delivery, liquid supplements, senior/medical transportation, adult residential and health facility complaints, home nursing/companion and wellness programs, in-home respite care, care giver support groups, referrals, and general yard work.
