Description

Provides routine medical care to uninsured, low-income community members. Services provided include same-day appointments for urgent medical conditions, adult family medicine, pediatric care, adult and childhood immunizations, laboratory tests, minor radiology services, women's health, a diabetes clinic, and healthy living classes. Clinic caregivers also assist patients in obtaining prescription medications. Note the following services are not provided at the clinic: emergency care, prenatal care, dental care, and prescriptions for controlled substances.
