Description
An evidence-based home visiting program that provides one-on-one support to parents of children from birth to age five. Trained home visitors work with families to provide information and guidance related to early child development, parenting, health, safety, and school readiness. Services are tailored to the needs of each family and can take place in the home or another location that is comfortable for the family.
