Eligibility
1 Must be residing on the west side of Salt Lake City (i.e. Rose Park, Glendale, Fair Park, West Pointe, Poplar Grove, etc.) 2 - Accepted and/or attending a state college or university such as Salt Lake Community College, University of Utah, or Ensign College. 3 - Remain in good standing and make satisfactory progress towards a certificate or bachelor’s degree. 4 - Willing to volunteer at Rose Park Neighborhood Center for 10 hours per semester. 5 - Open to citizens, residents, documented and undocumented students (with or without DACA). Immigration status is not considered when awarding scholarships.

Description
Provides privately funded scholarships to assist minority and low to moderate income (LMI) college students to complete their higher education. Financial assistance is for education related expenses such as tuition, books, supplies, and other necessities that help the student remain in school. Wrap-around services are also available for families facing hardship due to supporting a college student.
