Eligibility
Families are eligible for services if they meet income guidelines (200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines), are US citizens, and have primary custody of a dependent child 18 years of age (in high school) or younger. Must be experiencing housing instability and be able to provide either a three-day pay or vacate notice, an eviction notice, or proof of homelessness.

Description
Provides rent and mortgage assistance for families struggling to stay in their homes. Funds are distributed on a monthly basis, first come, first serve on the first business day of the month. Application reviews take about four weeks.
