Description
Provides a program for eligible seniors to withdraw a portion of their home's equity to supplement their income while still staying in their home. The only reverse mortgage insured by the U.S. Federal Government is a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) and is available through a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) approved lender.
