Indigent Transportation

Families with a child that was diagnosed with cancer before their 18th birthday. If child has a brain tumor, the tumor must be high grade (III or IV) or anaplastic to be eligible. The child must be an impatient for 30 consecutive days over the past 90 days/ The child must be a citizen of the US or reside in the US with a green card for more than 12 months without prior history of current illness. Parents must have less than $5,000 in liquid assets.
